30 Day NO BS Refund Policy
Paddles: You have 30 days to try your new paddle. Return it in new or gently used condition for a full refund, minus shipping costs. No questions asked!
Other Gear: Return unused apparel and gear in brand-new condition within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping costs. Print-on-demand items like mugs and shirts are final sale, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there are issues, contact support@flamingopickle.com , and we'll review the matter with you.
Flamingo Paddle Protection Plan (Warranty)
We offer a 6-month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for paddles used under normal conditions in the USA.
What's Covered:
● Manufacturing defects that interfere with your game. If there are performance issues caused by defects, we'll gladly replace your paddle.
What's Not Covered:
● Normal wear and tear
● Misuse or neglect
● Natural disasters, accidents, negligence
● Graphic wear and fading
● Rattling noises not impacting performance
● Commercial use, rentals, unauthorized modifications, or repairs
● Purchases from unauthorized dealers, second hand purchases, or paddles won as prizes/giveaways
Damaged Paddles
We can't accept returns for heavily used or modified paddles, including those with:
● Removed stock grips
● Scratches, dents, damage to the paddle face
● Scuffed, cracked, or blemished edgeguards
● Any signs of heavy use
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, you'll be notified. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. If it takes longer than 10 business days, contact us at support@flamingopickle.com.
How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
Returns: Complete the contact form on our website or email support@flamingopickle.com.
Warranty Claims: Use the same process and include details and pictures of the damage.
Note: The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase may be required.
