Shipping Policy

Thanks for choosing Flamingo Pickleball! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping:

Shipping Origin:

• We ship our paddles straight from sunny Arizona! Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, with our goal always being to ship out the same day.

Print-to-Order Products:

• For our print-to-order items like shirts and mugs, we partner with a variety of shipping carriers. These items are typically shipped within 7 days of your order date, so you’ll have your gear in no time.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

• For orders within the United States, we ship all paddles via UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

International Shipping:

We now proudly ship to countries around the world!  For international customers, we offer the following shipping options:

• UPS: Offers full tracking from shipment to delivery.
• USPS First Class International Mail: USPS hands off the package to a local courier in your country. Note that USPS may stop updating tracking after this handoff, we recommend UPS for international but this option is more budget friendly.

Important: International buyers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees. Flamingo Pickleball is not liable for these additional charges.
